A GREAT PHONE!!
I am enjoying this phone tremendously! I would have given it a rating of five stars but I can't get the screen saver to stay off for more than thirty seconds. Everything else works great!
The camera is awesome, the video camera is even more awesome and the phone to computer transfer is one of the best features you could ask for on this phone.
There are so many things that you can do with this phone and it is very stylish too.

Surprisingly High S.A.R
I was very surprised after receiving this phone to discover that it had a very high S.A.R. rating of 1.8. Too high for FCC approval for sale in the U.S. The phone was actually manufactured by Sony Ericsson AB in Sweden where such high S.A.R values are considered acceptable. I won't be using this phone so my failure to check the S.A.R value beforehand was a costly mistake.

Best Cell Phone Yet
I have an extensive history with cell phones. I've used most Motorola brands: V190, Razr V3, Rizr Z3, and a few others: Samsung T509, Nokia 8801 (ugh). All these phones have had serious flaws that resulted in me immediately getting a new phone within a month or so. I will be comparing the T650i to these phones.
Quick Summary: The Sony Ericsson T650i is the best phone I've used yet. I seriously think this one is a keeper. It is a cell phone that actually works and functions like it should.
Audio Quality:
The ear piece is very loud and very easy to understand (unlike the Razr) even when driving with the window down! I actually have to turn it down a few notches (what a concept!) because it is so loud. The static I heard with the Rizr Z3 is nonexistent in the T650i. I also get several bars more of reception with the T650i in my room (a dead spot) and at work.
Build Quality:
The build quality of the T650i is excellent. It has a solid feel in your hand. It is light (not as heavy as the Nokia 8801) and very solid - no rattles/creaks when you shake it/squeeze it. The only complaint: the video button is far enough down that I am hitting it a lot while I am talking - so that will take some getting used to. The top end is rounded nicely so it doesn't cut into your ear while you talk. The back cover EASILY comes off (unlike Nokia 8801). The back cover is a little loose (movable) when connected but I can live with that.
Keypad & Menu Setups:
The keypad is definitely small. If you have large hands/fingers (I do) it can take some getting used to. However, I've lived with small keypads in the last several phones I used (8801, Rizr, Razr, etc...) so it isn't too bad. The menu options are very different from a Motorola/Nokia phone so it does take some getting used to. Overall, I love Sony Ericsson's menus better than Nokia and Motorola by far - they just seem more user friendly and much more logical.
Screen Display:
The screen quality is better than any phone I've used yet - especially in camera/video mode. The T650i's screen is SUPER bright and super sharp - even in daylight (as advertised). I wish there were more color themes to set but it works.
Cell Phone Camera:
I guess I'm one of the few people that use a phone as a phone. I don't use the internet, text messaging, or the camera at all (I have a laptop/DSLR for those things). So I cannot comment on those features because I simply don't use them. I did take a picture and I liked it but a Canon DSLR is my preference. :)
The Manual:
I know tech people like myself aren't supposed to read the manual but I thought for a 0 phone I would at least look at it. Compared to Motorola and Nokia - I really liked Sony Ericsson's manual. It had a lot of pictures and even answered questions that I (a tech person) had. The HOW TO pictures were VERY detailed and showed every step of the process. So A+ to Sony Ericsson on their manuals.
The Little Things:
You can tell Sony Ericsson put a lot of effort into this phone. By default the Clock (time) shows up while in a call - unlike Motorola. And unlike the Rizr Z3 the clock does not freeze while in a call - it shows the current time. This is a big plus for me since I talk a lot on my lunch breaks at work and always had to ask people what time it was.
All in all - this is an AWESOME phone. If you have the $$$ - get this phone. I have no gripes about this phone and that is a first for me.
No question... I think Sony Ericsson has a loyal customer from now on.
P.S. My 2 year old Nokia bluetooth device did not work with this phone at all. I'll update review when I get a new bluetooth device in the future.

Update: (1/5/08)
I still have this phone! This will be the first phone in over 2 years that I did not get rid of within the first few months. I am simply LOVING this phone. There are NO complaints whatsoever.
I did get my Nokia bluetooth device to connect with the phone after doing some more research. I simply forgot to put the nokia bluetooth device into pairing mode before. It works like a charm... The bluetooth on this phone is so far better than any Motorola I've used that I am amazed.
I will recommend this phone to all my friends.
