Motorola W325
This is a very good, basic cell phone that will do what you need without all the bells, whistles and huge price tags that the service providers want to charge you. If your current phone has crapped out but your plan hasnt expired yet (To quaify you for one of those huge discounts accompanied by another 2 year contract)just insert your SIM card and keep on talkin' and textin' with this phone.

it's not too expenisive
it's a decent cell phone for the price you pay. It looks good. The display is very bright, and the keyboard will never get scratched so the numbers are illegible, because it's made of this plastic that's durable.
But there aren't too many good ringtones, and if you will try to upload your own, you won't have enough space, maybe just for 1. And there is no such thing as a personal ringtone for each caller - I find this feature really helpful, cuz you immediately know who's calling you.
Other than that - it has a camera and radio. So it's not a bad cell. I like it well enough.

Decieved and disappointed
This product may be alright for what it is, which is a TRI-BAND cheapish phone. The information says it works on all four GSM bands, but it does not! Despite two emails and a very long phone call, mostly on hold while the customer service person probably dequeued other calls to keep her numbers up instead of, as claimed, looking for a supervisor, no better option than returning it and waiting for a refund was offered. This despite the fact that it was clearly Amazon's fault. This is the first time in the many years I have used Amazon where there was a more than trivial problem, and they utterly failed to perform satisfactorily, in my view.
